The cozy little shop opened just before the holidays and takes its name from Kolo Ukrainian Makers Circle, a group started by Serhii’s wife, Yuliia, to provide opportunities for war-displaced crafters, artisans, and artists to sell their wares at markets throughout Winnipeg.
